News | April 11, 2022

Koiranen Kemppi Motorsport confirms full season entry with a Duqueine D08. This marks the first Finnish entry and first Scandinavian entry for the Prototype Cup Germany.

The Finnish team has been active in motorsports for over 25 years. Koiranen Kemppi Motorsport follows in the footsteps of Koiranen GP. They will try to convert years of experience in formula racing to the next step in prototype racing. Marko Koiranen has been team principal of many promising young talents such as Valtteri Bottas, Carlos Sainz and Esteban Ocon.

The full Scandinavian lineup will consist of Sebastian Arenram and Jesse Salmenautio. Sebastian has been competing in several national Championships such as the Swedisch Ginetta GT5 Challenge and the V8 Thunder Cars. In 2020 he became 3rd in the overall standings in a lateral of those series.

Jesse is a promising youngster with over 100 races under his belt. He made a name for himself in Formula 4 racing in Germany and Italy. Earlier this year he drove his first race in the Duqueine D08 for Koiranen Kemppi Motorsport in the ALMS.
